Ticket Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, except as required by law. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be exchanged for a future event of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange an exchange.

Ticket Sales & Delivery

All tickets, once purchased, are emailed to the buyer's email address that was input at the time of purchase. Tickets are usually on sale from the time the event is launched, sometimes months in advance of the event date, up until the day of the event and sometimes onsite at the event. We may update these ticket sale and delivery methods at any time without notice.
