Paul Chialdikas serves as Executive Vice President of the Wholesale Division for Verano Holdings (Cboe CA: VRNO) (OTCQX: VRNO), a leading, vertically integrated, U.S. multi-state cannabis company. As one of the largest cannabis companies in the nation, Verano has active operations across 13 states that include 15 cultivation and production facilities and more than 160 dispensaries that operate under the company’s flagship Zen Leaf and MÜV banners.
Mr. Chialdikas is a high velocity executive known for scaling complex, highly regulated businesses and delivering positive results. As Executive Vice President of Verano’s Wholesale Division, he leads strategy, growth, and profitability across the Company’s expansive national wholesale operations, including management of its growing roster of more than 1,300 third-party accounts. In his role, Mr. Chialdikas oversees sales, distribution, and supply chain performance while partnering with executive leadership to shape long term strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and build high performing teams that reinforce Verano’s position as a national industry leader across the Company’s broad multi-state footprint.
Prior to joining Verano, Mr. Chialdikas gained extensive leadership experience at multiple companies in the cannabis sector. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Curaleaf’s Central Region, where he oversaw commercial operations in four states spanning 23 manufacturing and retail facilities, and more than 500 wholesale accounts. Under his leadership, the region delivered EBITDA growth, increased regional revenue, drove major margin expansions, and launched successful new product innovation. Before joining Curaleaf, Mr. Chialdikas also served in leadership roles at cannabis companies Pharmacann and Bedford Grow as General Manager and Vice President, respectively, where he oversaw tremendous growth and efficiency gains, and led high-performing teams that contributed to the success of both companies through periods of significant expansion.
In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Chialdikas has served as Vice Chairman of the Illinois International Port District, and Vice President of the Little Mountain Community Theatre, bringing governance experience and community leadership to his portfolio. A native of Chicago, he is based in the Company’s Chicago headquarters office.
