Stefani Lucas has spent over a decade in Colorado’s cannabis industry, running some of the state’s most well‑respected edible and concentrate brands before founding Workhorse Global in 2019, Denver’s first Social Equity licensed MIP. She built the company with her sister, Staci Varnas, and their best friend, Natalie Reed, keeping it proudly Colorado‑only, women‑owned, and family‑operated. Stefani lives in Denver with her husband Matt, who also works alongside her at Workhorse, raising their daughter and three cats.

Workhorse manufactures for partners statewide and develops in‑house brands shaped by Stefani’s favorite things: music, nostalgia, and innovation. She founded the company to streamline production and build a workplace people actually want to be part of. That culture drives everything - prioritizing balance, keeping things fun, and getting shit done.
