A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with four master’s degrees in technology, business intelligence,
and global leadership, Shawn blends corporate discipline, entrepreneurial agility, and military

teams, secured key partnerships, and driven market growth at organizations including
UnitedHealth Group, Medtronic, and Breaking Hits as COO. His advisory firm, C2G Advisory,
operates as an affiliate of New Holland Group and brings over a decade of cannabis expertise
across strategy, e-commerce, retail, brand development, and social media. He serves as the
Florida Regional Chairman of the Cannabis Chamber of Commerce and held a long-standing
seat of IgniteIt’s (formerly Benzinga) Cannabis Advisory Board, contributing strategic insight
across the industry. Shawn regularly speaks at global conferences and advises companies
across the U.S. and internationally.

Deeply engaged in the veteran community, Shawn is active in his local VFW Post in Miami,
supporting programming, education, and wellness initiatives. A proud Puerto Rican, he is

real estate broker, business professor at Barry University, SAG-registered producer/actor/model,
recording artist/musician, and fitness/nutrition specialist through his wellness platform, Semper
