Pete DeCaro is the founder and CEO of Resinate, Inc, a vertically integrated medical and recreational operator based in Massachusetts. Since 2015, he has led Resinate from inception through maturity as one of the most respected brands in the State of Massachusetts. Resinate has been a consistent product award winner spanning several years through NECANN and MassCann's Freedom Rally.

Prior to launching Resinate, he was the General Manager for a packaging and direct mail manufacturer. Peter’s experience and achievements include Revenue Generation, Operational Excellence, Brand Development, Financial Management, Quality Control and Management, Construction Design and Management, and like many cannabis operators, everything in between. Peter is a seasoned, operationally focused business leader that also has deep experience in the enterprise technology space, particularly in the areas of Enterprise Resource Management (ERP).
