Cardell's path to Proper ran through the tech side of cannabis. As Director of Technology at Revolution Global, he led platform strategy across a vertically integrated multi-state operation, driving significant revenue gains, cost savings, and operational efficiency through systems consolidation. Earlier, at 365 Cannabis, he helped build the account management function and scale recurring revenue, playing a key role in positioning the company for a successful exit.
