Catherine Mefford serves as the Special Projects & Engagement Manager for the Kentucky Cannabis Industry Alliance (KCIA) through MMLK Government Solutions. In her role, she supports member engagement, industry outreach, event coordination, and operational initiatives as Kentucky’s medical cannabis industry continues to grow. She works closely with industry stakeholders, and partners to support KCIA’s mission of advancing a safe, transparent, and successful medical cannabis industry in the Commonwealth.
