Jamie Mendola is a cannabis industry operator, investor, and strategic advisor with extensive experience across institutional capital markets, M&A, and scaling cannabis enterprises. As CEO of Pacific Grove Advisors, he advises cannabis operators on strategic growth, operational transformation, capital structure optimization, and navigating evolving market dynamics.

Jamie sits on the Board of Directors of Leef Brands and previously served as Chief Business Development Officer and Co-Chief Revenue Officer at AYR Wellness as part of the company's founding leadership team. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 12 acquisitions and developed deep expertise in post-merger integration, data-driven analytics, and scaling multi-state cannabis platforms. He also served on the board of Glass House Brands, one of California's leading vertically integrated cannabis companies, following his role leading Mercer Park's SPAC transaction with the company.

Prior to entering the cannabis sector, Jamie spent two decades as an investor across private and public markets. He founded Pacific Grove Capital, a $350 million hedge fund, and was previously a Partner at Scout Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar investment firm. He brings a rare perspective at the intersection of capital markets, board governance, and cannabis operations.
