Andrew leads business development at Broderick Capital, a cannabis-focused M&A and capital advisory firm. He oversees the firm's external relationships and mandate sourcing, with current engagements including a capital raise for a top-10 Canadian licensed producer by recreational market share, and prior advisory work producing market intelligence on the Canadian licensed producer landscape for a European cannabis operator and its institutional backer. He has advised operators on both sides of the transaction, bringing the perspective of the buyer, the seller, and the capital allocator.

Prior to Broderick, Andrew was Vice President of Canadian Business Development at Australia's largest privately held medical cannabis company, where he was instrumental in facilitating a strategic investment from North America's largest cannabis manufacturer. The transaction was the largest of its kind in the Australian market at the time; upon entry, the company's market capitalization reached $250MM.

Andrew was born in Grande Prairie, AB, raised in Ottawa, and is Cree. He serves on the board of the Centre for Indigenous Innovation and Technology, advocating for greater business development and relationship building in Indigenous communities.
