Kate Weber is an accomplished media and advertising executive with extensive experience leading revenue growth, digital transformation, and integrated marketing strategy across major media organizations. She currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer and VP of Digital for the San Antonio Express-News, where she oversees multi-platform revenue and digital growth initiatives.

Kate also serves as a HearstLab Scout, supporting female founders building technology-based companies. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles at Advance Ohio, Shaw Media, the Erie Times-News, and The Denver Post.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic approach, Kate has built high-performing teams and driven results across print, digital, and experiential media. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
