Michael Williamson is the Director of Cultivation for Pipp Horticulture, bringing more than 17 years of owner-operator experience across commercial cannabis and controlled environment agriculture. Over the course of his career, he has designed, commissioned, and optimized more than 7 million square feet of cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, and post-harvest facilities across North America and international markets, supporting more than 3,500 compliant harvests and helping secure 55 licenses across 12 states and 9 countries. Michael is recognized for bridging high-level facility design with real-world operational execution, with expertise spanning environmental control strategy, HVAC and dehumidification optimization, vertical farming, workflow engineering, commissioning, post-harvest systems, and LEAN operational methodologies. As the former co-founder of Greenhaus Industries and Kind Love, an early cultivation operator behind large-scale vertically integrated cannabis facilities, he combines deep technical knowledge with hands-on operational leadership to help companies improve efficiency, reduce risk, increase product consistency, and scale sustainably in highly regulated agricultural markets.
