She’s held leadership roles across some of the country’s top employment organizations, including VP of Sales and Marketing at XMI, where she helped scale the business from a small, referral-only PEO into a high revenue, growth-focused company with a full sales and marketing division that resulted in the acquisition by G&A Partners. At ADP TotalSource, she began in sales and advanced to managing top-performing teams in Southern California during her seven-year tenure. She also spent time at Salesforce, honing her ability to spot what business owners really need to grow and scale compliantly.
But her shift into cannabis wasn’t just professional—it was deeply personal. After witnessing how cannabis transformed the life of a friend’s wife battling chronic illness—and reflecting on her own father’s lifelong advocacy for the plant—Daniela found her calling. Her dad passed away before legalization took hold, but working in this industry feels like continuing his legacy.
