Jake P. Kelinson, Esq. serves as Associate General Counsel for Sweetspot Brands, a multi-state cannabis operator, where he advises on a broad range of legal and business matters. His practice spans corporate governance, regulatory compliance, real estate, employment, financial transactions, franchising, banking, and state- and local-specific regulatory nuances, among other areas. In addition to his in-house role, Jake is an adjunct professor where he teaches business law and ethics courses.
