Now serving as a Regional Director at Ivy Hall Dispensaries, Dominique blends operational strategy with heart-centered leadership. Her journey into cannabis is deeply personal. Growing up, she witnessed the disproportionate impact of the War on Drugs on certain communities and saw firsthand how cannabis was unfairly stigmatized.
