West Paschal is the Chief Expansion Officer and Co-founder of AIQ, the cannabis industry’s leading data and marketing solutions provider specializing in serving both retailers and brands. Before co-founding AIQ, West played a key role in leading M&A initiatives for Tilray's Retail team, overseeing strategic investments in the emerging Canadian cannabis industry, both large and small.

In addition to his professional achievements, West has a wealth of experience as a seasoned whitewater raft guide, along with his wife Max and safety dogs Wall-e and Loki. While based in Denver, he spends a significant portion of his time in the mountains and on the water, enjoying his passion for outdoor activities.
