(CA, which he took public on the CSE in 2019), President of Greenfield Cannabis Co. (CA, which was sold to Stiiizy in 2022), and Co-founding a preroll brand that is currently in 3 states. Berman also has broad local government experience, including two terms as Mayor the City of Mill Valley, California. Currently he is the CEO & Cofounder of Arcana Collective, a nursery specializing in breeding unique genetics for both the B2C and B2B global markets.
