Katherine “Kat” Savoy is co-Founder and CEO of Drop, a queer women-founded technology platform designed to serve as the operating system for cannabis delivery, where she brings more than a decade of experience spanning sales, operations, international business and entrepreneurship.

Before launching Drop, Kat spent eight years as Global Director of Sales & Marketing for a multigenerational stationery company, where she was exposed to every level of the supply chain, from international sourcing and product development to sales, marketing and financial operations. Her experience included overseeing a multimillion-dollar division and working across global offices and manufacturing partners.

A serial entrepreneur, Kat also founded and successfully manages a short-term vacation rental company with properties across the U.S., building it into a highly automated operation. At Drop, she applies that combination of sales, operational and entrepreneurial experience to helping dispensaries scale delivery without having to build and manage their own fleets.

Kat is also an AuDHD business leader and longtime advocate for community-building who co-founded Denver’s Mile High Queer Club. Her neurodivergence as a professional is her superpower that fuels her creativity, empathy and approach to leadership. A University of Colorado Boulder graduate, Kat is bilingual in French and English, proficient in Spanish and an avid snowboarder who lives in Denver with her golden retriever, Riley.
