Amanda Fox Shifrin is Chief Growth Officer of Pioneer Interests, an independent cannabis company based in Colorado. She leads growth and customer experience across the business, including LOVA, Pioneer’s retail platform, and Natty Rems, a Colorado-born cannabis brand with roots dating back to the early days of the legal market. Her work focuses on how to build distinctive brands, create better retail experiences, and grow thoughtfully in an industry that is still being defined.

Amanda started her career as an entrepreneur, founding a home decor company with her sister that grew from a small idea into a nationally distributed brand sold at Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, and QVC. That experience ultimately led her into the cannabis industry, where she and her husband, Matt, have spent more than a decade building Pioneer. Their journey is the subject of a Stanford Graduate School of Business case study, taught as an exploration of entrepreneurship, leadership, and navigating the complexities of an emerging industry.

Outside of Pioneer, Amanda has served for nearly nine years on the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver, a leading institution for emerging artists and new ideas. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she has a deep interest in contemporary art, consumer culture, entrepreneurship, and the people who see the world a little differently.

Amanda lives in Denver with her husband and business partner, Matt and their two sons.
