David is the Founder of Igadi, Ltd., a vertical retail chain operating in Colorado since 2015. David started in the marijuana industry in 2009 and represented a number of companies prior to taking down his shingle and starting his own. His experience as attorney in corporate, real estate, construction, M&A, employment, and marijuana law has helped Igadi navigate the complexities of the marijuana industry. He oversees the compliance, M&A, government relations, and contract management for IgadI and has been deeply involved in lobbying efforts and regulatory affairs in Colorado for over a decade. David has experience consulting in a number of other jurisdictions in the US and Caribbean.
