Dan Morgan is the Co-Founder and President of Social Dispensary, Colorado's first social equity licensed cannabis retailer, with eleven locations committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while advancing social equity and community impact. As President, Dan oversees merchandising, procurement, retail operations, business development, systems innovation and expansion strategy across the company's growing footprint. He also leads the development of operational technologies and AI-powered tools that streamline processes, enhance store performance and improve the customer experience.

Dan has spent more than sixteen years building his career across nearly every facet of the legal cannabis industry. Beginning as a budtender and cultivator while earning his degree in International Business from the University of Denver, he quickly rose to become Head Grower at Star Buds, earning a third-place Cannabis Cup finish in 2015 before expanding into procurement, merchandising, operations and multi-state business development. In addition to overseeing Social Dispensary's day-to-day operations, Dan helped create the company's Be.Social Community Program, an innovative initiative that partners with cannabis brands to generate funding for local nonprofits. Under his leadership, the program has grown into one of Social Dispensary's signature community initiatives and continues to expand alongside the company's footprint.
