Rachel Strauss is Founder and CEO of PBMP, LLC, which helps self-funded employers, unions and the companies building the next generation of pharmacy benefits get real value out of every health plan dollar. She spent 23 years at EHIM, a boutique PBM, rising from customer service to top national sales executive and helping scale the organization to roughly 3 million covered lives. Today she advises employers on PBM contracting and RFPs, works with innovators on employer market access, and partners with Leafwell to build its employer medical cannabis benefit. Rachel is a partner in the PBM Consultant Alliance, co-producer of the documentary Side Effects May Include, and host of the podcast Insfluencers. Her focus is simple: put the pressure on the people paying for healthcare, and make sure plan dollars actually follow the patient.
