Rodney Holcombe is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at LeafLink, the cannabis industry’s largest B2B wholesale commerce and fintech platform, where he oversees the company’s legal, compliance, public policy, and communications functions. LeafLink connects more than 12,000 licensed businesses across 37 markets and provides the commerce, financial, and banking technology that helps cannabis operators transact compliantly and efficiently.
Prior to joining LeafLink, Rodney served as New York State Director for Criminal Justice Reform at FWD.us and as a Staff Attorney at the Drug Policy Alliance, where he helped advance cannabis equity, criminal justice reform, and record clearance legislation. He currently serves on the boards of the Minority Cannabis Business Association and the Cannabis Distribution Association. Rodney earned a B.A. in Journalism from Howard University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
