Michael Brosgart is President of ACTIVE™, a global leader in cannabis vaporizer technology, providing innovative hardware and product solutions to many of the industry’s leading brands. He oversees the company’s strategy and operations, with a focus on scaling the business, expanding its global manufacturing footprint, accelerating product innovation, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Since joining ACTIVE, Michael has helped guide the company through significant growth and transformation, including the expansion of its manufacturing operations across Asia, the development of new proprietary vaporizer platforms, and the evolution of the business from a hardware supplier into a strategic product and technology partner for cannabis brands around the world.

Michael brings a diverse background spanning cannabis, consumer packaged goods, finance, and international business. Prior to ACTIVE, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The Arcview Group, where he worked at the intersection of cannabis operators and institutional capital. Earlier in his career, Michael worked in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry with Luxury Brand Partners, and spent more than a decade in Latin American finance and capital markets, connecting companies, financial institutions, and governments with global investors.

Michael holds a degree in Latin American Studies from The George Washington University and is fluent in Spanish. He lives in Berkeley, California with his wife and two children, and outside of work can usually be found coaching Little League, running, or exploring California with his family.
