Gordon K. Sattro serves as Managing Director of Nationwide Mergers & Acquisitions at Green Life Business Group, Inc. (GLBG), a cannabis business M&A brokerage active across 23 states. In this role, he advises buyers, sellers, and investors on the acquisition, sale, and valuation of licensed cannabis and cannabis-adjacent businesses, guiding transactions from initial engagement through negotiation, due diligence, and close.

Gordon brings a rare combination of deal-making and legal firepower to the cannabis sector. He is the Founding and Managing Partner of Sattro Law Group, P.C., a trial and business litigation firm with offices in San Diego, Newport Beach, and Beverly Hills, where he handles corporate, entertainment, personal injury, and cannabis-related matters. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE #02136011) and has been court-appointed as an expert witness on cannabis business and real property valuation, lending authority to his approach to pricing and structuring deals in a complex, fast-moving market.

A U.S. Army National Guard veteran (Lieutenant, 2009 to 2014), Gordon holds a J.D. from Southwestern Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton. Outside the boardroom, he is an avid hiker, paddleboarder, and outdoor adventurer, and the founder of two San Diego community organizations.
