Director Clint Kellum has nearly 18 years of public service experience, with most of his career focused on state budgeting, public policy, and organizational leadership. He spent almost a decade at the California Department of Finance, where he helped establish the fiscal framework for California’s adult-use cannabis market and supported the development of key cannabis funding structures. Before joining DCC, he served as Chief Deputy Executive Director of the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank.
